1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jackph platform — including the jackph Casino, jackph Login portal, game pages, promotional pages, or any associated mobile or web application — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with jackph's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of jackph, whether registered or unregistered. jackph may, at its sole discretion, modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published at jackph.org/terms-conditions. Your continued use of jackph following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use jackph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling is 21. jackph strictly enforces this requirement and will request government-issued identification during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing jackph from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jackph or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from jackph or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

jackph reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on jackph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update any information that changes. jackph is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jackph Login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Never share your jackph Login credentials with any third party;
• Notify jackph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform;
• Log out of your jackph account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

jackph will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from jackph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jackph support immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on jackph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jackph supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card.

The following payment methods are not accepted on jackph and must not be used for deposits or withdrawals:

• Cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset);
• Credit card gambling deposits (prohibited under current Philippine payment regulations).

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jackph account. jackph reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within the shortest available timeframe, while bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

jackph reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or violation of these Terms pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jackph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• jackph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a player's bonus if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of software errors, or collusion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Players who attempt to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may have all bonuses voided.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.

jackph's decision on all bonus-related matters is final. Players who disagree with a bonus decision may contact jackph support, but jackph's determination following review shall be conclusive.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on jackph — including slots, live casino tables, bingo, fishing games, darts, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real money.

jackph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games, audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session, jackph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. jackph is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jackph and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using jackph for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or manipulate outcomes;
• Colluding with other players or jackph employees to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with jackph's software or security systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jackph staff or other players via any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jackph platform — including but not limited to the jackph brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jackph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use jackph solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jackph content without prior written consent from jackph.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jackph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jackph platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction or connectivity issues;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Decisions made by you based on information published on jackph;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of jackph services.

jackph's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

jackph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from jackph. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

jackph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority;
• Extended account inactivity (as defined in jackph's current inactivity policy).

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance checks.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of jackph shall first be submitted to jackph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting jackph support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through jackph's internal process within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or seek resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jackph from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jackph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jackph will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the jackph platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using jackph and may request account closure by contacting jackph support. Continued use of jackph after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
